b)	Send us a feedback message with your name, a phone number and address of the property you wish to list and QCFSBO® staff will contact you during regular business hours.
c)	Call us during business hours or if calling after hours leave a message with the address of the property, your name and phone number and QCFSBO® staff will contact you during regular business hours.
d)	Stop by our office during regular business hours. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (we are closed during some holidays).
e)	Fax us at (563) 355-1509 with your name, a phone number and address of the property you wish to list and QCFSBO® staff will contact you during regular business hours.

When we make our initial contact, we will set up an appointment date with you for the photoshoot. Prior to your photoshoot, you will need to fill out some forms with information for your property listing on the website. These forms can be picked up from our office during regular business hours. For your convenience these forms can also be faxed or e-mailed to you or sent via US Postal Service.

Please do take the time to read over the legal disclaimer that is included with the forms.

When the photographer comes, you can give him the completed forms, along with the payment and sign deposit.
